Will I get charged extra fees?
Never. Soloist is completely free for clients. Any price you see on the booking page is the price you pay. There are no service fees, booking fees, or platform charges added on top.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule or cancel directly from your WhatsApp confirmation message with one tap. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy (shown before you book), so check the terms for your specific appointment.
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Your card details are never stored on Soloist servers.
